Based on their shared Personas, Zoisite has Izanagi's long coat and classy look. Physically they look more like Adachi, but with Yu's gray hair and calmer attitude. They are basically a large human- their similarities and fact they already fused their Personas before leading to a very stable fusion... when they're both not freaking out and generally going Nope, DNW.

Zoisite hates that he exists. As an expression of Yu and Adachi's bond, he is a strong and solid fusion, but born of a kind of deep emotional poison that would make natural gems recoil just to see him. After all, a bond doesn't have to be healthy to be deep and lasting.
Gem
Zoisite considered in mystical lore to be a stone that brings and enhances trust in the universe and trust in the ultimate goodness of life. This brings trust in general as well as releases fears, which can bring a depth of happiness to one's life.
Zoisite is also said to bring energy and dispel laziness.
Specificly the yellow form of this gem. Their gem meaning is certainly more what they could potentially be more then anything they currently are.
Padparadscha Sapphire (Labrys)

Padparadscha presents female in most regards. Her hair is gray/silver and hangs in two long thick braids, a bit more naturally then Yu's crossdressing wig, certainly. She has four arms, two of them robotic, and two human, and the majority of her form is metal to provide defense and strength.
Her weapon is a huge sword that is honestly only useable like an axe- similar to a Zweihander, only much much thicker. You're not doing any classy sword moves with this thing.
